Platja d'Alcudia
There is a pine grove behind the beach that runs parallel to it until it meets an urban area. All kinds of water sports are possible here. It has a car-park, restaurants, a Red Cross post and sunshade and sun lounger hire.

Son Moll - Cala Ratjada
Is on the far North East tip of Mallorca on a small peninsular . The old part of town is located around the small fishing harbour. On this side you also find the two small beaches Cala Gat and Son Moll.

Cala Marçal - Porto Colom
Porto Colom is situated 8 Km from Cala D'Or, on Mallorca South East coast. It is 60 Km. from Palma. The quickest route to get there is via Llucmajor, Campos, Felanitx.

Playa de Palma - Can Pastilla
Next to Arenal Beach, this beach is only a short distance from Palma de Mallorca. Very close to the airport. The area is a mix of residential property with the odd hotel in between. There is bus service to Palma de Mallorca, 7 Km away.

Palma Nova - Magalluf
Palma Nova is a tourist resort in the bay of Palma. It has 3 sandy beaches and a promenade that stretches on to Magaluf. The beach near the Club Nautico is called "Es Carregador". The next beach, in the middle, is "Playa de Palmanova" which offers plenty of water sports, fishing and snorkeling activities. The beach closest to Magaluf is called "Son Maties (Matias)".

Culture

Roman City of Pollentia
The ruins of the Roman city, in the modern town of Alcudia, are the best preserved Roman remains on the island and they have become an important reference for the study of the introduction and spread of the Roman culture in the Balearic Islands.
